Happiness is trying a new recipe.
I wanted to try something other than the usual bread toast or bread butter jam or bread upma. It was then that I suddenly revollected bookmarking the recipe of garlic bread.
And THIS was my breakfast today.
ETA: This is the recipe I followed.
I mixed butter, some garlic paste (The original recipe calls for grated garlic), coriander leaves, salt and pepper to make a garlic butter. I was not having Italian seasoning, so omitted it. Spread this on the bread slices generously and toasted it on a pan with the butter side down on the pan on a low heat. Took a deep breath and enjoyed the smell. Once it is browned, attaaackkkkk.. !!
